The room I stayed in was spacious and had a balcony that could be locked, which I liked.

The breakfast was outstanding with a good spread of food, and all the food was great. My room was new-fashioned and huge with handicap friendly features. Location: the hotel was so close to restaurants and ideal for skytrain.

The location here is great, just a little way off the hustle and bustle of the city. 🌇 It's super handy as it's near a sky rail station and lots of dining spots. the room I stayed in was super tidy and had all the cutlery I needed – couldn't ask for more!

My purpose in visiting BKK was to have a routine medical examination at Bumrungrad hospital. FXS if five minutes walk from the hospital so an ideal location for me. Constant free internet access was a major attraction. Service friendly and competent.

Bathrooms dangerous; absence of handholds on the bath caused me to fall heavily which could have resulted in broken bones. As hotel guests are likely to include weak persons recuperating from hospital stays, safety should be a prime consideration.

The hotel is in a peaceful area close to shops and restaurants, and all the nightlife on Sukhumvit. the rooms are spacious and huge with a renovated bathroom. the safe box, television, and mini-fridge-bar were convenient amenities. Overall, a nice stay for 2 nights.

Stayed many times at this hotel and it is always good. Great staff and large well equipped rooms. Good location next to Bumrungrad hospital and their publically available food outlets (Starbucks, Au Bon Pan, Maccas etc). Good for lower Sukhumvit and just 5 mins from Ploen Chit bts. Small but newly equipped gym is great if you like that sort of thing! Dont use the taxi's outside, always best to get one from the hospital just opposite or on Sukhumvit, which is about a 5minute walk up the soi (street). Room rates do vary, but if you are planning to stay 3 nights they usually have good deals. There is also a 'Happy hour' in the bar between 6-7pm every day, where all beers are foc. Breakfast is good, but see my negative comment about this.

Breakfast is a mixture of cold buffet(cereals, toast, juices, fruit etc) and cooked to order. You select on a small menu what hot food you would like and it is cooked in the kitchen and then brought to your table. Great selection, but apart from the omlettes, the rest of the food was freezing COLD.....(bacon/sausage/has browns etc)....It was such a shock as the rest of the hotel is so good. They really need to get this sorted out. This happened every day of our stay, even though we sent the food back and asked for it to be served hot, so it wasnt just a one off bad day. Otherwise, no other complaints at all.

I chose this hotel because of it's location to Bumrungrad, eliminating taxi fares, and couldn't have been more surprised at the accommodations. Just wonderful, staff, room, and the food was the most surprising of all.!! I ordered room service rather than go out for food I was not sure would be as good. I was in the hotel business my entire life, and this one exceeded every expectation, They arranged shows and tours for me on time and complimentary transportation.I will seek out FX hotels anywhere I travel. The breakfast here is top-notch, with a wide variety of tasty dishes to choose from. 🍳 the location is spot on, making it super convenient to get around.

Taxi drivers always took us to the other rx Hotel in Soi 21 even when we specifically gave them the right address in Soi 1.Room Service hours are rather limited,swimming pool was too small & we found lots of tiny ants in the room

This place is super close to the Skytrain, which is so convenient! 🚆 Plus, they've got a nice clean pool here. Also, the breakfast they serve is really good. 👌

just the price. when i booked this hotel online, the price b1250/night is simply irresistable.

when i return to the hotel one late night, there were quite a lots of unfriendly dogs hanging around the soi. the whole experience was very unpleasant.
